After a successful bid by Peter Banzer during the ICOAM 2024 held in South Africa, the next edition of the International Conference on Optical Angular Momentum (ICOAM) – the most important conference of the structured light scientific communities – will be held in Graz, Austria in 2026. Structured electromagnetic wave play a pivotal role for the research of our CDL-SMBS. Gathering the international experts with respect to structured light and waves here in Graz will thus be of great benefit for the CDL and its research activities.
